Her career spans leadership roles at globally recognised firms such as Capgemini, EY, PwC, and IBM, as well as in the Banking and Financial Services sectors. Most recently, as Managing Director of Data & Insights at Capgemini Australia and New Zealand, Malliga accelerated growth of the business through advancements in Data and AI capabilities across the region, including Generative AI, Data Governance and Data Ecosystem modernisation, M&A integrations and driving data and analytics powered transformation across national and multi-national clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Malliga is a strong advocate for Women in AI and Ethical AI, having supported initiatives such as the APAC Women in AI Awards and the Australian Responsible AI Network.
