Direct Marketing Complaint
You can use this form to make a complaint or query about a letter, phone call, or text that you have received from an individual or company who you believe is a subscriber to a CoreLogic product.
Please note that in order to fully investigate your query, we will require a copy (such as a screenshot or photo) of the Direct Marketing material. Please ensure you retain a copy of the letter (including the envelope) or phone/text message.
Once we have received your enquiry, a member of CoreLogic staff will review your request and reach out to obtain a copy of any required Direct Marketing material that you have received in order to assist further.
