Information on how to enter and be eligible to win prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is taken to mean your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • Promoter is RP Data Pty Ltd t/a CoreLogic Asia Pacific (ABN 67 087 759 171) 2021, Level 6a & 7, 388 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • To enter and be eligible to win you must, during the Promotion Period, be an active subscriber of one of the Promoter’s products.
  • You can only be entered in the draw once, regardless of how many times you participate in the survey. Incomplete entries are not eligible to win.
  • The winner will be determined by using a random number formula.
  • Once the prize is awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft, forgery or damage in relation to the gift card in any way.
  • The winner will be allowed three months in which to claim their prize. As such, any unclaimed prize draw is to be conducted three months after the original draw date.
  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or included for any reason during the Promotion Period. If you, in the opinion of the Promoter, tamper or interfere with the entry process in any way, or you do not properly comply with the entry process, you will be ineligible to win.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
  • The judge’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Persons involved in the conduct of this competition, who conduct the draw and CoreLogic employees are prohibited from entering this Promotion.
  • You agree and acknowledge that any idea, development, improvement or other material provided by you in connection with the survey is owned by the Promoter, and to the extent necessary to give effect to this term, you hereby assign to the Promoter all intellectual property rights in or in connection with any such idea, development or other material.
  • All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by them for research and marketing purposes, as well as to improve its products and services.
