The property is being marketed on behalf of Reef Charm Investment Pty Ltd, which is part of Keppel Capital, the asset management arm of Singapore-based Keppel Corporation Limited.
The John Oxley Centre comprises five storeys of offices in a U-shaped building, above two levels of basement parking for 305 cars. The two wings of the building are referred to as the North and South Towers and have a common foyer. The building has large typical floor plates of 2,750 sqm, a net lettable area of 13,004 sqm and a 5-star NABERS rating. Tenants include Fusion Sport, Cross River Rail and Pulse Partnerships.
The building is for sale with an asking price of $90 million. It last traded at $40.25 million in 2018.
