$64.5 Million Brisbane Sale

The iconic A-grade building located at 150 Charlotte Street, Brisbane has been sold for $64.5 million. The sale was finalised between the vendor, Australian Unity Office Fund, and the buyers, Sumner Capital Pty Ltd and Innovate RE, in a sale arranged by Stonebridge Property Group.

Sumner Capital is a company associated with Kirby Parsonage of Clontarf, NSW. Innovate RE is a boutique property development and advisory firm led by founder, Christo Winters.

Constructed in 1988, the 19-storey building spans an impressive 11,011 sqm and is situated on a site of 1,679 sqm, with three levels of basement car parking accommodating up to 102 vehicles. The building is home to a prestigious roster of tenants, including Boeing Defence Australia, the Australian Passport Office, Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade and MHL Legal & Notary.

The property last traded at $105.75 million in October 2017.
