A year of exciting releases
This year was all about delivering features and enhancements that make your work smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. our commitment to innovation led to impactful updates tailored to meet your needs.
Our final release of the year includes:
Advanced AVM Filters: Premium and Pro users now have the ability to filter valuations by price and confidence—on both desktop and mobile.
Map Results View (Beta): A new dual-view feature that combines traditional card views with an interactive map for property discovery.
But what did we do throughout the year?
Throughout 2024, we’ve worked behind the scenes to deliver updates that enhance your experience:
Customisable List Views: Reorder, resize, or hide columns to view your data your way.
Keyword Search: Quickly locate properties by searching specific terms in listing descriptions.
Rental Occupancy Insights: Focus your marketing efforts on property owners instead of tenants—accessible on both desktop and mobile.
REI Forms/Forms Live/Realworks Integration: Generate forms with a click of a button directly from RP Data – prefilling key information. This includes a brand-new integrations tab in the My Details screen. Recently released for ACT users.
Improvement to Advanced Filter: Filtering has just gotten easier, allowing you to see the number of properties that would be returned before they apply the filters. This mean less 'No results available'. You can also now 'search' the available filters within the modal, allowing you to easily find the filter you are after.
Enhanced Map Layers: Access detailed insights with overlays for floods, bushfires, heritage listings, and more.
Property Investment Report: Premium and Pro users can provide in-depth property investment evaluations to clients, reinforcing your expertise —on both desktop and mobile.
Enhanced Report Generation: Cleaner designs and more robust functionality for a polished final product.
Mobile enhancements
Our mobile app saw significant updates this year. Including:
Updated Keyword Search: Search multiple keywords with ease, making property discovery a breeze.
Filter alignment: We've updated all mobile filters to align with the web version for a smoother experience.
