Rare Offering In Collingwood

In a rare event for the Melbourne real estate market, 79-81 Victoria Parade, Collingwood, is now up for sale. This prominent office building has been the headquarters of Jetstar for over two decades and is being offered for the first time in 27 years. It is being brought to market by Trent Hobart, Nathan Mufale, and David Minty of CBRE and Jozef Dickinson, Matthew Stagg and Philip Heberling of Colliers.

The building spans three and four levels and boasts a substantial net lettable area of 7,222 sqm and a large site area of 5,257 sqm. It has provision for 227 car spaces located across the ground and lower ground levels. Additionally, the building offers terraces over part of the first-floor roof. It was refurbished in 2001 and again in early 2008.

The building is for sale through expressions of interest closing 30 August 2024 with a price expectation of about $60 million. It last traded at $12.3 million in 1997.
