What's new in RP Data

New report features within RP Data Pro subscriptions:

• Enhance your investor conversations with a Property Investment Report. Property Investment Reports are now included in RP Data Pro subscriptions (AU Only). Perfect for Property Managers and Business Development Managers, the reports allow you to showcase valuable information to investors and landlords about their property including capital growth, estimated yields and more.

• Start a proposal directly from the RP Data Property Detail page. Simply select ‘Proposal’ in the Reports drop down menu and you will be taken to RP Proposals to begin your proposal.

Marketing Export Filters

• Don’t waste your export numbers on properties you can’t contact. You can now exclude any ‘Do Not Call or ‘Do Not Mail’ properties when exporting your lists.

Titles ‘Pay on Invoice’ access (AU Only)

• Enjoy greater control over your accounts and invoices. Administrators can now edit a user’s access to allow for ‘pay on invoice’ for titles.

Enhanced user experience

• We’ve been listening to all your feedback and have made tweaks to the user experience to enhance your workflows. This includes updates such as expanding the image gallery and the map view, sharpening profile images in reports, and creating easier access to the distance filter in radius searches

Coming soon: Customisable List View

• Make your reporting and analytics easier than ever with the ability to fully customise your list views. This will include adding or removing columns, sorting by any column and reordering columns. Due to be released shortly.
