Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to February 2021 totalled $516.5 million from 718 sales, an increase compared to the $495.3 million from 648 sales recorded to November 2020, and the $133.2 million from 224 sales recorded for the quarter to August 2020. This quarter’s data includes the new strata buildings of Tower A and Tower B at the West Side Place development.
The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total close to $1.291 billion, a decrease from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of close to $1.599 billion.

Some notable sales featured in the February 2021 update of Melbourne Units Cityscope include:
- Unit 5402 in Collins House at 464-466 Collins Street, Melbourne, a 3-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and north-east and south-east aspects, total area 224 sqm and two shared car stacker space on levels 4 and 5, located on level 54 of a 60-storey mixed use tower, with private dining and lounge, gym, outdoor deck and bar for the residents and 70 car parking spaces, which was bought for $3.45 million through agent In2realty;
- Unit 3506 in Collins Arch at 433-455 Collins Street, Melbourne, a north and east facing 3-bedroom residential apartment with two balconies with a total area of 218 sqm and two car spaces and storage areas, all on basement level 5, located on level 35 in the West Tower, a mixed-use development with a twin-tower, comprising 49,000 sqm of office space, 202 apartments and a 5-star hotel with 294 rooms known as the W Hotel, which was bought off the plan for just under $3.187 million; and
- Unit 3808 in Collins Arch at 433-455 Collins Street, Mebourne, an east and south facing apartment with a terrace on level 38 in the West Tower plus a car space and storage area on basement level 4, which was bought for $3.1 million.
