CoreLogic launches innovative digital proposals platform

Australia’s leading property data company, CoreLogic, has launched RP Proposals, a new digital innovation solution set to streamline and revolutionise the real estate industry.

CoreLogic provides market insights and data to thousands of Australian businesses through its flagship product RP Data. The new RP Proposals platform integrates directly with RP Data equipping real estate agents with valuable property information to better inform their prospective clients.

CoreLogic created the new platform in partnership with a leading web and proptech developer Reapit’s Agentpoint, demonstrating the significance of the project and the company’s commitment to supporting the real estate industry.

Dirk Miller, CoreLogic’s Head of Real Estate Solutions, says by integrating independent data with the digital proposals platform, real estate agents are better supported at each stage of the property lifestyle.

“CoreLogic is Australia’s leader in collating and interpreting property data and analytics,” Mr Miller says.

“It’s also a highly innovative company that continually develops solutions for its clients and the real estate industry more broadly. RP Proposals is set to become an essential industry tool and natural progression of our already extensive RP Data product range.”

The seamless integration with CoreLogic’s flagship RP Data platform is an evolution of the market-leading Competitive Market Analysis report (CMA) and streamlines the agent workflow enabling agents to access comparable sales and broader market trends from a central location.

Real estate agents can add their own branding, edit documents easily with in-line editing and directly pull comparable sales, suburb analytics and market trends (where available) into their proposals as a method of showcasing their expertise.

Agents also receive reporting on prospects who have viewed their proposals and can monitor open and shared distribution rates for timely and personalised follow ups.

“We live in the experience economy where all elements are digitised,” Mr Miller says.

“RP Proposals is a digital representation of the Agent and puts them in the box seat, equipping them with the insights to deeply understand how the vendor is interacting with their brand and proposal.”

Ryan O’Grady, Reapit’s Agentpoint’s General Manager, says that as a leading Australian PropTech provider, it was a natural fit to work alongside CoreLogic’s own team of forward-thinking technologists to deliver an innovative solution that could revolutionise the industry.

“We recognised RP Proposals as an opportunity to create something very special to truly benefit the residential real estate market and it aligns with our ongoing objective to further enhance our clients’ efficiencies, providing them with the digital advancement they know and trust us to deliver,” he says.

“Reapit’s continued R&D drive puts us at the forefront of developing property technology and to be instrumental in digitising such a pivotal process in the real estate lifecycle was monumental. Digital advances have the power to change processes for years to come and we see RP Proposals, and its seamless integration with the RP Data platform, as just the first of those transformative products we will produce together.”
