Former John Hunter House For Sale

New to the market is 9 Hunter Street, formerly known as John Hunter House. CBRE and JLL Sydney are marketing the property on behalf of Ashe Morgan Investments Pty Ltd, which is owned by Ian Geller of Rose Bay and Graham Hurwitz of Darling Point.

The office tower is above and integrated with the Hunter Connection retail arcade and has a net lettable office area of 15,793 sqm and typical floor plates of 950 sqm.

Major tenants include Macquarie Group, Groupon Australia, Empired Ltd and Switch I.T.

The property last traded at $195,251,758 in 2017. That sale represented an initial yield of 5.05% on passing income of $9,860,000.
